Can you believe that we have been going for 28 days?


Well it has been 28 days and if you have been trying the entire time then you have probibly already noticed a difference in your fitness level.
You should probibly also know that you are basically 1/3 of the way through the challenge.
How are you coming on your goals?
Keep pushing yourself, you can do this, 90 days truely can make a huge difference.
So can 60 days, if you haven't started yet.
