Are We There Yet?

Can you believe that we have already passed the 1/3 mark?
By now you have seen some good results and maybe some disappointing results.
Take what you have learned over the last 32 days and adjust you fitness strategy so that you will be able to take your fitness to another level.
Don't stress out if you aren't on track to hit your goals.
Remember that you set your goals at a level that would really push you.
The most important thing to remember is to keep going.....
Everything else will work itself out.
Just keep going.

Can you believe that we have been going for 28 days?


Well it has been 28 days and if you have been trying the entire time then you have probibly already noticed a difference in your fitness level.
You should probibly also know that you are basically 1/3 of the way through the challenge.
How are you coming on your goals?
Keep pushing yourself, you can do this, 90 days truely can make a huge difference.
So can 60 days, if you haven't started yet.

Your Doing Great --- Keep Going!

Can anyone believe that we are already 19 days into the challenge?
Time is really flying.

I hope that everyone is still giving this challenge your best shot because there is still plenty of time to make some incredible changes in your overall fitness level.

So is any curious about how many people have joined?

The answer is TEN.

There are a couple of others who may start up mid-way through the challenge but I am not holding my breath.

So here is how the prize money will break down.

1st Place -- $ 75.00

2nd Place -- $ 37.50

3rd Place -- $ 37.50

This ended up not being as big as I had originally hoped but it might be enough to get you a new outfit for your new body. (I guess that depends on where you shop.)

11 Days Into the Competition.....

So we are eleven days into the Challenge...

How is everyone doing? Are your worn out and tired or just getting into it?
For me the first eight days started off better then I had hoped. I was eating good and feeling great and I had even lost a couple of pounds, but Friday night I was feeling under the weather and didn't stick to any of my goals.
Unfortunately, I did the same thing on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
I was a little afraid to step on the scales this morning so I didn't. I could be in for a shocker tommorrow. But we will leave that surprise for later.
Anyway, I am back on track as of this morning and ready to kick it into gear.

I hope you are doing well and haven't had any set backs. If you have, don't lose any sleep over it, just jump back into your routine and you will be just fine.
We will all have our weak moments (maybe even weeks) just push through them, don't beat yourself up over them too long and then recommit to your goals
