So we are eleven days into the Challenge...
How is everyone doing? Are your worn out and tired or just getting into it?

For me the first eight days started off better then I had hoped. I was eating good and feeling great and I had even lost a couple of pounds, but Friday night I was feeling under the weather and didn't stick to any of my goals.
Unfortunately, I did the same thing on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
I was a little afraid to step on the scales this morning so I didn't. I could be in for a shocker tommorrow. But we will leave that surprise for later.
Anyway, I am back on track as of this morning and ready to kick it into gear.
I hope you are doing well and haven't had any set backs. If you have, don't lose any sleep over it, just jump back into your routine and you will be just fine.
We will all have our weak moments (maybe even weeks) just push through them, don't beat yourself up over them too long and then recommit to your goals
