Can you believe that we have already passed the 1/3 mark?
By now you have seen some good results and maybe some disappointing results.
Take what you have learned over the last 32 days and adjust you fitness strategy so that you will be able to take your fitness to another level.
Don't stress out if you aren't on track to hit your goals.
Remember that you set your goals at a level that would really push you.
The most important thing to remember is to keep going.....
Everything else will work itself out.
Just keep going.

For me the first eight days started off better then I had hoped. I was eating good and feeling great and I had even lost a couple of pounds, but Friday night I was feeling under the weather and didn't stick to any of my goals.
